CYCMOB respects copyright. If you believe material on CYCMOB infringes your rights, send a notice and we will review it promptly.

Where to send a notice

Copyright agent: cycmobcontact@gmail.com — put "Copyright notice" in the subject line.

What your notice must include

• Your name, postal address, telephone number, and email address.
• Identification of the work you say is infringed.
• The exact URL or page on CYCMOB where the material appears.
• A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

What happens next

• We acknowledge the notice and review it.
• Material that appears to infringe is removed or disabled while we investigate.
• We notify the person who supplied the material where we can.
• Repeat infringers lose access to the service.

Counter-notice

If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake, send a counter-notice with your contact details, identification of the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that removal was a mistake or misidentification, and your consent to jurisdiction.

Rights ownership

Recordings, compositions, artwork, and video on CYCMOB remain the property of their respective owners. CYCMOB makes no ownership claim over material it does not control.
