DRAFT FOR OWNER REVIEW — this document has not been approved or reviewed by a lawyer and is excluded from search engines until it is.
This policy explains what CYCMOB collects when you use the CYCMOB website, the installable CYCMOB app, and the CYCMOB iPhone and Android applications, why we collect it, and how you control it.
Information we collect
- Account information: email address, password (stored only as a salted hash by our authentication provider), display name, optional city, and membership tier.
- Signup information: name, email address, and optional phone number when you join the clothing-drop list or newsletter, plus the page you signed up from and any campaign parameters in the link you followed.
- Booking and contact messages: name, email address, inquiry type, and the message you write.
- Purchase records: what you bought, the amount, currency, discount code, order state, and the payment processor's reference. CYCMOB never receives or stores your card number.
- Library and playback data: your purchases and entitlements, favourites, playlists, and recently played tracks.
- Notification data: your notification preferences and, if you opt in, a device push token.
- Technical data: IP address and user agent in server logs, and error diagnostics used to keep the site working.
Why we use it

- Account, purchase, and entitlement records are kept while your account exists, and purchase records are kept afterwards for as long as tax and accounting rules require.
- Signup records are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
- Contact and booking messages are kept for up to 24 months.
- Server and error logs are kept for a short operational period.
