Notification Consent

CYCMOB notifications are opt-in. Nothing is sent unless you turn a category on, and you can turn any category off at any time from your account.

What we send

• New music and album releases.
• Artist announcements.
• CYCMOB Access exclusive content.
• Clothing drops and restocks.
• Member discounts, presales, and giveaways.
• Events and shows.
• Order and delivery updates for things you bought.

How permission works

• We explain the benefit before asking; the browser or system prompt is never triggered on page load.
• If you decline, we do not ask again in that session and the app keeps working normally.
• If you revoke permission in your browser or phone settings, delivery stops immediately and the stored device record is removed.

Content of notifications

Notification previews never contain private information such as your email address, order totals, payment details, or account identifiers. Tapping a notification opens the relevant page in the app.

Frequency

Campaigns are rate-limited. Order updates are transactional and are only sent about your own purchases.

Email fallback

Where you have consented to email, we may send the same announcement by email. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.

Unsubscribing

Open your account page and switch categories off, use the unsubscribe link in an email, or email cycmobcontact@gmail.com.
