Data & Account Deletion
Last updated 20 August 2026
DRAFT FOR OWNER REVIEW — this document has not been approved or reviewed by a lawyer and is excluded from search engines until it is.
You can ask CYCMOB to delete your account and personal data at any time, from inside the app or by email.
Delete from inside the app
Sign in and open your account page, then choose "Request account deletion". You will see the status of your request on the same page.
Delete by email
Email cycmobcontact@gmail.com from the address on your account with the subject "Account deletion". We may ask you to confirm ownership of the address.
What is deleted
- Your login and authentication record.
- Your member profile, city, and display name.
- Notification preferences and any stored push device tokens.
- Favourites, playlists, recently played, and library entries.
- Clothing-drop and newsletter signups tied to your email address.
What we keep, and why
- Purchase and refund records, in a minimised form, for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
- Fraud- and abuse-prevention records where we have a legal obligation.
- Anonymised or aggregated counts that cannot identify you.
What deletion means for purchases
Deleting your account removes access to music you purchased, because entitlements are tied to the account. This cannot be undone and is not a refund. If you want a refund, ask before requesting deletion.
Timing
Requests are actioned within 30 days. You receive an email confirmation when deletion completes.
