Music Purchase Terms

These terms cover songs and projects bought through CYCMOB Music on the website or the installable app.

What you are buying

• A personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to stream the purchased recording through CYCMOB, and to download it where a download is offered.
• Ownership of the recording, composition, and artwork stays with the rights holders.
• Your purchase is recorded as an entitlement on your account, so it follows you across the website, the installable app, and the mobile applications.

Where purchases happen

• Digital music is sold on the CYCMOB website and installable app through Stripe.
• The first mobile application release is a library app: you can sign in and stream music you already own, but digital music is not sold inside it.
• Any future in-app purchase would go through Apple In-App Purchase or Google Play Billing and would grant the same entitlement.

Permitted use

• Private listening on devices you control.
• Reasonable personal backups of files you downloaded.

Not permitted

• Reselling, sharing, or uploading purchased audio anywhere.
• Commercial use, public performance, radio play, or streaming-service distribution.
• Sampling, remixing, or synchronising to video without a separate written licence.
• Removing watermarks or circumventing access controls.

Availability

Some releases are Spotify-only and are not sold by CYCMOB. A release becomes purchasable only after CYCMOB confirms master, composition, producer, featured-artist, sample, artwork, split, territory, streaming, download, and pricing rights. If rights change, a release can be withdrawn from sale; purchases already made stay in your library wherever the rights allow.

Delivery

Access appears in My Music as soon as the payment processor confirms the payment to our server. We never unlock music from a browser redirect or a link parameter.
