Refund Policy

Digital music

Digital purchases are delivered instantly, so they are generally final. We will still refund a purchase when:

• You were charged more than once for the same item.
• The file or stream is faulty and we cannot fix it.
• The purchase was not authorised by you.
• Local consumer law gives you a right to cancel.

Ask within 14 days at cycmobcontact@gmail.com with your order reference.

Memberships

Paid membership tiers are not active. If they launch, cancellation stops the next renewal and access continues to the end of the paid period.

How refunds are paid

• Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe.
• Bank posting usually takes 5–10 business days.
• The related entitlement is revoked when a refund completes, so refunded music leaves My Music.

Purchases made in a mobile app store

If a purchase is ever made through Apple or Google, that store handles the refund under its own policy and CYCMOB cannot issue it.
