Terms of Use

By using the CYCMOB website, the installable CYCMOB app, or the CYCMOB mobile applications you agree to these terms.

Accounts

  • You must give an accurate email address and verify it before using member features.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account.
  • One person per account. Do not share credentials.
  • We may suspend an account that abuses the service, attempts to bypass entitlements, or breaks these terms.

CYCMOB Access

CYCMOB Access covers member accounts, exclusive content, discounts, early clothing-drop access, and notifications. Access benefits may change over time and some content is time-limited.

CYCMOB Music

  • Purchased music is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial listening.
  • You may not redistribute, resell, broadcast, sync to video, sample, or publicly perform purchased music without written permission.
  • Attempting to capture, rip, or circumvent streaming protection ends your licence.
  • Availability of any release can change if rights change.

Purchases

Website and installable-app purchases are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown before checkout. See the Music Purchase Terms and Refund Policy for details.

Merchandise and booking

Merchandise is subject to the Shipping & Returns policy. Booking enquiries are requests only, and a booking exists only once confirmed in writing by CYCMOB.

Acceptable use

  • Do not attempt to access administrator areas, other members' data, or private files.
  • Do not scrape, overload, or probe the service.
  • Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or abusive content in any form we accept.

Intellectual property

The CYCMOB name, logo, artwork, recordings, videos, and site design belong to CYCMOB or its artists and licensors. Nothing here transfers ownership.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, CYCMOB is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
